All Box handlebars are designed and manufactured using Oversized technology. Handlebars serve a dual purpose as they contribute to both steering and pedaling stiffness. By strategically varying wall thicknesses and tube diameters, Box moved material from 3 low-stress areas to high-load areas. This significantly minimized twisting and helped with responsiveness. At the same time, Box has increased pedaling rigidity by providing a brake on the “lifting” phenomenon. There's no point pushing hard on your pedals if you can't pull up on your handlebars and deliver that power. Power can easily be lost due to handlebar deflection, which can result in poor power transmission and steering control. In combination with Box's other oversized components, you'll benefit from increased responsiveness and reduced latency.
Main differences: This particular handlebar model is designed for taller riders. Titanium allows you to explore the structural rigidity of steel, but without the compromise on weight. It's as exotic a solution as carbon fiber but gives a slightly different result for the discerning rider. Carbon will contribute to a more aggressive steering response, while titanium will be very responsive but more refined.

Custom made from the highest quality 4130 chromoly, Box One Handlebars feature a proprietary 13-butted taper from 22.2 Ø at the grip area to 31.8 Ø across the lower bends. The added stiffness significantly improves bike handling while putting more upper body power into your pedal stroke. That means getting out of the gate and down the first straight faster and accelerating quicker out of the turns.
